His story
Thirty years of coaching. A lifetime of living it.
I've been a personal trainer for more than 30 years and opened Fearless Fitness in 2003. It started when I was young and wanted to be a better wrestler and football player. It became a life's work: helping people feel strong and at home in their bodies, at any age.
Before that I spent 10 years as a police officer in the Chicago metro area, where I was also the department's fitness instructor, training officers for their quarterly fitness exams and new recruits for testing.
